ResumeRevive.ai provides automated, digital resume rewriting services powered by artificial intelligence. Because all services are delivered instantly and digitally, all sales are considered final. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.

 
1. No Automatic Refunds
Due to the nature of our service, all purchases — including weekly, monthly, and yearly subscriptions — are non-refundable.

Once a resume rewrite has been generated or a subscription has begun, the service is considered delivered.

 
2. Discretionary Refunds
In rare cases, refunds may be provided at our discretion, including but not limited to:

Duplicate charges
Technical failures that prevent delivery
Accidental multiple purchases
Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered for valid cases.

 
3. Subscription Charges
By subscribing to a plan, you agree that charges will recur automatically until canceled.

Users are responsible for:

Canceling subscriptions before the next billing date
Ensuring payment information is accurate
Managing their own subscription settings through the payment provider
Past subscription charges cannot be refunded.

 
4. Service Expectations
ResumeRevive.ai does not guarantee:

Employment or job placement
Interview outcomes
Resume performance on specific platforms
Acceptance by specific hiring systems
Because results vary based on each user’s experience and job application, refunds cannot be issued based on dissatisfaction with hiring outcomes.

 
5. Failed or Delayed Delivery
If a resume rewrite is not delivered due to technical issues, we will attempt to regenerate the content or provide alternative delivery.

This does not automatically entitle a user to a refund.

 
6. Modifications to This Policy
ResumeRevive.ai reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
